Limousine Service Policies & Terms

General Terms of Service
By booking or using our limousine services, you agree to comply with all terms and policies outlined herein. These terms apply to all reservations, transfers, and chauffeured rides.

Reservations & Booking Policy
Reservations can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our online booking system.
Early booking is recommended to ensure availability.
A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation.

Pricing, Rates & Payment Terms
All rates are quoted in advance and are subject to change based on travel time, distance, tolls, parking fees, and surcharges.
Payments can be made via credit card, cash, or approved corporate accounts.
Clients must cooperate with any/if documents required to confirm your bookings.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Airport transfers: Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are fully refundable.
Hourly services: Require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation; any updates later will be charged as Late Cancel.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fare.
For No Show the chauffeur is authorized to move from the pickup after 30 mins with no contact.

Vehicle Usage & Passenger Conduct
Eating, smoking, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to unruly or intoxicated passengers.

Safety & Liability Rules
Our chauffeurs follow all traffic laws.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen road conditions.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Alcohol, Smoking & Prohibited Items Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted in licensed vehicles only, as per state law.
Smoking, vaping, and narcotics are strictly prohibited.
Hazardous or flammable materials are not allowed inside the vehicle.

Child Seat & Special Requests Policy
Child safety seats are available upon request at the time of booking.
Special requests (car seats, additional luggage space, extra stops) must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

Damage, Cleaning & Repair Fees
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will result in repair charges.
A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning due to spills, stains, sickness, party, or pet.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
The company is not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

Privacy & Data Protection Policy
All customer data (phone, email, payment details) is kept confidential.
Transactions are processed securely.

Customer Responsibilities & Acknowledgement
Customers must provide accurate booking details.
Passengers must comply with chauffeur instructions for safety.
The primary customer is financially responsible for all passengers in their group.

Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to factors outside our control.
